Public Meetings
The public meetings have finnished and were a great success. The overwhelming feeling from the People of Edinburgh is to save our parks and green space. However it is strongly beleived that if we do not continue to protest about the outrageous attempts to build on our park, that the council will forge ahead to do so.
The decision whether or not to build on our park was taken on 21st December 2006 at Council chambers, High Street Edinburgh by what was a strong Labour council. They went against the will of the people and paid the price for it. There is a very strong will to preserve this piece of Common Good Land.
